In theory, I connect the adapter to the printer, and then my guests can print via the Bluetooth connection on their device. The only caveat to that is they need to have Bluetooth available on their device. In case it has one, you can get the cheapest used? If the cheap router is able to function as a WiFi Client it could connect to the guest WiFi network and become directly available to guest users, so there would be no need to connect to a different SSID just for the printing service.
I should have referenced that from the beginning. I'm not at home, but here is a screenshot of the datasheet for the printer. So it has a Ethernet port, where you could hook up an AP or small router. Check if you have some old WiFi router somewhere and use it to create a second WiFi connection to the printer That printer claims to have Wireless direct printing.

I'm going to run some more tests to see if one needs the drivers installed on the computer prior to connected to the printer, or if the computer automatically installs the drivers provided by the printer.
